Sourced By JH provides a bespoke sourcing and personal shopping service. We act as an independent intermediary, locating items on your behalf through our supplier network. Submitting a request does not constitute a binding order until pricing, condition and timelines have been confirmed and agreed by both parties.

We are an independent sourcing service and are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of the brands referenced on this website. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

All pricing is confirmed in writing before any sourcing begins. Quoted prices are all-inclusive of our service unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, methods and any applicable duties or taxes are agreed in advance for each order.

We take authenticity seriously and put every item through our verification process. Where described as authentic, we stand behind that. If an item is found to be materially not as described, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

As items are typically sourced specifically for you, returns and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and set out clearly for your particular order before you proceed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
